⚡Important Tips: When you choose the HDMI ARC connection to connect your TV to our soundbar, please kindly ensure the jack on your TV is specifically labeled HDMI ARC out. (HDMI or HDMI ARC in does not work). If there is still no sound coming out, please switch your TV sound setting to PCM audio output.

⚡Important Tips: This soundbars can't decode certain audio types, for example 5.1 Dolby Digital, DTS or Dolby Digital Plus signals when displaying apps like Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime video on your TV. What you have to do is switch the audio to something the soundbar can decode, usually either stereo (also labeled "2.0") or PCM.
