【IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS】Once received, you must activate your Legacybox by following the included instructions. That activation registers the prepaid shipping label, and tells our team to expect your media. 1 month of Legacybox Cloud is included with this purchase, and a USB flash drive with all your digitized files. You can choose at the time of activation to add-on a DVD/CD, or extend that Cloud access. Memories can also be downloaded directly from Legacybox cloud. Your order includes Rush Processing - typically a $30 cost increase, included free. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Digitization - we take extreme care with your memories, so processing time may vary.

【WHAT COUNTS AS AN ITEM?】We call an item: 1 tape, or a pack of 25 photos, or 1 reel of film. Your Legacybox comes with 3 included "items" this means you can send up to 3 tapes, 75 photos, or 3 film reels - or some combination of those. Have too many items? We'll include extra barcodes, and you'll have the option to add additional items when you activate your Legacybox.
